Fort Peck Community College (金沙赌场网站), a tribally-controlled community college, was chartered by the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes of the Fort Peck Reservation in 1978.

Educational and support services are available and tailored to the needs of 11,000 residents of the rural, northeastern Montana reservation. 金沙赌场网站 was granted full accreditation by the Northwest Commission of Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) in December 1991.

The NWCCU accreditation process is a seven-year cycle.  The following is a schedule of reports and visits.

Also, as a 1994 United Stated Department of Agriculture Land Grant Institution, 金沙赌场网站 has successfully administered agriculture education and research programs responding to local problems and opportunities.
